SportsCool Cheshire Refund Policy

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy for SportsCool Cheshire Coaching Services 

This policy shall apply to all services available on the website:

 

In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations: (Holiday Clubs and Afterschool Clubs policies may vary) 

  • The Customer may cancel an order no less 48 hours prior to the commencement of the coaching package purchased. A full credit refund will be applied to our Online Booking System Ipal Wallet to be used at a later date for any of SportsCool Cheshire’s sessions and/or services.

  • Alternatively if requested a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 5% transaction fee and a £8 administration charge  To cancel any order, send your request to bookings@sportscoolcheshire.org.

  • If SportsCool Cheshire has scheduled Holiday Club/Afterschool sessions with the Customer, they are considered set bookings. However, if necessary, the Customer may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. The session will then be transferred over with no additional charge.

  • Any missed sessions without the 48 hour prior notification will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. 

  • At SportsCool Cheshire we understand circumstances may change drastically from one moment to another and each case will be evaluated individually.

 

Refunds: Holiday Clubs

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Customer’s situation and at the discretion of SportsCool Cheshire.  A 5% transaction fee and £8 administration charge will apply and be subtracted from all refunds. 

  • If the Customer cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with SportsCool Cheshire, they may only request a refund for the amount equal to remaining sessions or hours not yet logged. 

  • The Customer will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).  

  • The Customer can request a refund to their Ipal wallet which can only be used for future bookings and/or services provided by SportsCool Cheshire, if this isn’t requested the refund will be made to their method of payment with the mentioned 10% transaction fee.

  • If a child develops a sickness bug, they will not be permitted to attend our club without a 48h recovery period from the initial sickness moment. A day transfer will be applied to attend the same Holiday Club at a future day with no additional charge, if however, the club ends before the child is able to recover, a full credit will be applied to the Customers Ipal Wallet to be used for future bookings.


 

Refunds : Afterschool/BeforeSchool Clubs

If the Customer wishes to cancel a Before/After-School Block Booking, no refunds or credits will be provided if not notified no less than 48h prior to the commencement of the first session. If transaction fee applied.

Cancellation or modification of Coaching sessions / packages: 

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in these sessions and/or notified within the previously mentioned time. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined above, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis. They may also vary depending on individual locations for any after school/ holiday clubs/ etc, at the discretion of SportsCool Cheshire. We ask the Customer to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering flexibility when needed.
