Activity & Wellbeing Facilitator
Overview
SportsCool Cheshire delivers structured activity, engagement, and wellbeing programmes across schools, holiday provision, community settings, and associated adult wellbeing programmes.
We are recruiting reliable, engaging facilitators who are confident leading small groups and delivering structured sessions. Full training, resources, and session plans are provided.
This is a facilitation role focused on inclusion, confidence, movement, and positive group experiences rather than traditional sports coaching.
As programmes develop, facilitators will be expected to deliver across a mix of settings, including school-age and adult wellbeing sessions, depending on availability and suitability.
What you will deliver
You will deliver pre-designed sessions that may include:
• Activity and engagement sessions in school settings
• After school clubs
• Holiday activity programmes
• Pupil wellbeing and team-building sessions
• Adult wellbeing and engagement sessions in community or care environments
Facilitators may work across multiple programme types as part of their regular delivery schedule.
Typical delivery times
Delivery opportunities may include:
• Daytime weekday sessions
• Immediately after school
• Holiday programme periods
Regular scheduled session slots are prioritised over ad-hoc cover where possible.

• Ability to travel independently between venues
• Ability to commit to agreed, regular session times
